Wolverhampton Company of Archers Have-A-Go's

Group Have-A-Go's:
- The event is usually organised for an week day evening to suit both parties.
- The sessions usually start from 6:30pm and finish at 8:30pm.
- Please refer to our costs page for details on pricing.
- Adults and juniors are welcome (all juniors must be accompanied by an adult).
- The venue will be our own ground on Wergs Hall Road off the Wergs Road. Please see the directions page for details.
- Your group will receive tuition from Coursed archers in a small groups, usually finishing with a small comptition.
- Have-A-Go's can be arranged at other venues depending upon suitability. Please contact us to discuss options
- Please be aware that it can take time to properly organise these events, we normally require 2-3 months notice to ensure that enough members are properly notified to run your event safely and smoothly.
Event Have-A-Go's:
If you are organising an event such as a fair and require a unique attraction then Wolverhampton Company of Archers can provide and run a 'Have-A-Go' stall for you. If you are interested or need to discuss detail then please contact us to discuss options. Please be aware that it can take time to properly organise these events, we normally require 2-3 months notice to ensure that enough members are properly notified to run your event safely and smoothly.
Please Note:
We can only consider applications for new members from people who have successfully completed the beginners course, unless they have previous experience of archery and/or are transferring from another Club.
Completion of the course does not guarantee acceptance as a member of the club. All applications are subject to the approval of the membership at a general meeting and membership levels at that time.
We are unable to provide private tuition to anyone not a member of the Wolverhampton Company Of Archers.
Please remember that all activities are run by volunteers from the Club, and are dependent on their goodwill.
